Jeffrey brings with him more than 15 years of experience in real estate, particularly in the field of property advisory, investment analysis and fund management. He has worked in big organisations, namely Ascendas (now known as Capitaland), Mapletree, ESR private funds, CDL and most recently, he is part of Savills Business Space team. He is a high-touch real estate consultant, best known for his extensive market knowledge, analytical work and his unmatched devotion to clients.
While he specialises in the industrial property segment, he is equally adept in handling residential properties with his ability to provide strategic advisory to clients on their asset progression plans.
He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a Master of Finance from University of Macquarie.

Joey worked in the real estate industry since 2016.
Prior to joining, she was working as a marketing support in the Industrial Department in Colliers International managing the team’s advertising & promotion matters and handling calls for sales and leasing enquiries. Her exposure helps to build her interests in this industry which drive her to complete her REA course.
She will be working closely with a team of veterans concentrating on project sales and leasing of light and high-specs industrial space.
